I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on the "Log in" link at the top of any page on the website.  Select the "Request New Password" tab and enter your username or email address of the account.  A new password link will be sent to you in an email.  Please check your spam folder for any emails or contact the Communications contact at leslie@claritykc.com.

How can I change the email address of the account?

You can change your e-mail address by logging into your account and then clicking on the "My account" link at the top of any page on the website.  Click the "Edit" tab and enter a new e-mail address.  Click "Save" at the bottom of the form.

How can I change my username?

You can change your username by logging into your account and then clicking on the "My account" link at the top of any page on the website.  Click the "Edit" tab and enter a new username.  Click "Save" at the bottom of the form.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by logging into your account and then clicking on the "My account" link at the top of any page on the website.  Click the "Edit" tab and enter your current password.  A set of fields to enter a new password will then be displayed.  Complete those fields and then click "Save" at the bottom of the form.

How can I hide my information from the Membership Directory?

To choose not to display your information in the Memership Directory, log in to the website, click on the "My Membership Profile" link at the top of any page on the website and then click "Edit".  There is a checkbox on the form titled "Do Not Publish in the Directory".  Check that checkbox and then click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

How can I update my Membership Directory information?

You can update your contact information that is printed in the Membership Directory by logging in to the website, click on the "My Membership Profile" link at the top of any page on the website.  You can then update your information and click "Save" at the bottom of the form.

How can I access the Membership Directory?

The Membership Directory is only available when logged into your account.  Once logged in, you will see a "Membership Directory" tab in the main navigation.
